Q – How do I order?

A – Register, add the products you would like to purchase to cart, once you have added everything you would like to purchase, show cart and follow the steps to place your order. (Cart pops up at the bottom of the screen once you have added a product to your cart)

Q – How does my order get delivered?

A – When placing your order and following the check out process it will give you the delivery methods. Delivery methods are PUDO to PUDO, courier direct to your door or collection, collection is only available in Gauteng on this website. If you would like your order delivered in another method please contact us info@zacosmetics.co.za

Q – My order says Pending what does it mean?

A – Pending means you have placed an order but payment has not been received

Q – My order says Processing what does it mean?

A – Confirmed means that your proof of payment has been received and your order is busy being processed.

Q – My order says Shipped what does it mean?

A – Shipped means that your order has been sent to you by your method of delivery or ready for collection, waybill numbers are sent with the shipping email or you can login and view them on your order.

Q – Can I sell Avroy Shlain?

A – Yes, fill in the inquiry sheet and we will contact you or get the nearest area manager to contact you. Click here
