Courier – Door to Door Delivery (The Courier Guy)

Once your order is Shipped, Please use the waybill number to track it and follow up with the courier.

Please make sure that you are available for the courier to contact you so that your delivery can happen quickly.

Please note that if you are in an outlying area, high risk area or informal settlement your parcel will be sent to the closest PUDO.

Collection

Collection – Only Available in Gauteng – same day collections are not available (can be arranged in Broadacres, Rivonia)

PUDO

Once your order is Shipped you will get a waybill number to track your parcel. Once the parcel has been deposited in the closest locker to you, you will receive an sms with your pin and a link to the box.

Please remember to collect within 24 hours of receiving your sms.

1 – 3 Days depending on your area

Please note that delivery time depends on when your order is confirmed. Before a Tuesday 9am will go out that Friday with the courier, orders after this will only go out the following friday.

We do not accept any liability for late deliveries by a courier.
