1How do I order?
Add the products you would like to purchase to cart, once you have added everything you would like to purchase, Select the shopping basket in the top right and follow the steps.
2How does my order get delivered?
When placing your order and following the check out process it will give you the delivery methods. Delivery methods are Postnet to Postnet, courier direct to your door or collection, collection is only available in Gauteng on this website. If you would like your order delivered in another method please contact us info@zacosmetics.co.za
3My Order Status says On Hold, What does this mean?
On hold means you have placed an order but payment has not been received
4My order says Processing what does it mean
Processing means that your payment has been received and your order is busy being processed.
5My order says Shipped what does it mean?
Shipped means that your order has been sent to you by your method of delivery, waybill numbers are sent with the shipping email or you can login and view them on your order.
6Can I sell Avroy Shlain?
Yes, fill in the inquiry sheet and we will contact you or get the nearest area manager to contact you.
